1. 30‑Day “Love It Or Leave It” Money‑Back Guarantee

If you are a new member and you are not satisfied or do not find value in your membership, you can request a refund within 30 days of signing up.

How it works:

  • Covers your first 30 days of membership fees

  • If you’re unhappy for any reason, email us within 30 days of your join date and we’ll refund your payment. No drama.

Important:
This guarantee does NOT apply to membership plans connected to 30‑day free trials, since those plans already give you your first 30 days free. The 30‑day money‑back guarantee is only for new members without a free‑trial plan.

2. 90‑Day $500 Results Guarantee (Laser Profit Games)

If you’re a new member and you follow our steps for your first 90 days in the Laser Profit Games and do not make at least $500 in laser sales total during that time, we will:

  • Either keep working with you for free until you do,

  • Or refund your membership fees for those 90 days in full.

Your choice.

This guarantee is for players who treat the Games like a real business and actually run the system.

Effective date: The 90‑Day $500 Results Guarantee applies to new members who join the Laser Profit Games on or after February 17, 2026.
Members who joined before this date are covered by the guarantee and refund terms that were in place at the time of their original signup.

2.1 What “Following Our Steps” Means

To qualify for the 90‑Day $500 Results Guarantee, you must:

  1. Become an Activated Player

Within your first month, you:

  • Complete your first 30‑Day Profit Plan

  • Fill out the Activated Player form (so we know your niche, Core Offer, and goals)

  • Post an introduction in the community and share your focus for the month

  1. Submit Weekly Check‑In Tuesdays

For 12 consecutive weeks (3 months), you:

  • Submit your Weekly Sales Check‑In form on time

  • Report your orders, revenue, and profit for the week (even if it’s $0)

  • Upload screenshots of your sales for that week (Etsy, Shopify, POS, etc.)

You may miss at most one Check‑In Tuesday in that 90‑day period and still qualify. If you miss more than that, the 90‑day guarantee does not apply.

  1. Run the 15‑Minute Daily Sales Routine Consistently

You commit to running the 15‑Minute Routine at least:
15 days per month,
– For each of your first 3 months in the Games

Total minimum: 45 days over 90 days.

To keep this simple and trackable, each week you submit a very short Weekly Routine Log form that tells us how many days you ran the routine that week.

If you don’t submit your Weekly Routine Log, we have to assume you did 0 days that week. Missing logs or leaving this blank means that week does not count toward the 15‑days‑per‑month requirement.

  1. Stay Active & Reachable In The Community

You:

  • Post at least one update or win each month in the community (progress, lessons, questions, etc.)

  • Respond to at least one tag or message from our team each month

  • Do not disappear (“ghost”) for weeks at a time and then show up on Day 90 asking for a refund

You must meet all of the requirements above to qualify for the 90‑Day $500 Results Guarantee.

If you skip Weekly Check‑Ins, miss Routine Logs, don’t complete your 30‑Day Profit Plans, or disappear from the community, then you have not fully followed the system and the 90‑day guarantee does not apply.

If you show up and do your part, we will stand behind the guarantee and do ours.

2.2 How To Request The 90‑Day Guarantee

If, after 90 days, you have followed all of the steps above and have not made at least $500 total in laser sales:

  1. Email us within 10 days after your 90th day with the subject line:
    “90‑Day Guarantee Request”

  2. Include in your email:

    • Your name and the email associated with your account

    • Your join date

    • Your total sales for the 90‑day period

    • Any context you think is helpful

  3. We will review:

    • Your 30‑Day Profit Plans

    • Your Weekly Check‑In Tuesday submissions

    • Your reported 15‑Minute Routine days

    • Your community activity and responsiveness

  4. If you meet the requirements and have not hit $500 total in laser sales, we will offer you the choice of:

    • Continuing in the Games free until you do, or

    • A full refund of your membership fees for those 90 days

3. Auto‑Renew & General Refund Policy

Auto‑Renew:

All memberships (monthly and annual) are set to auto‑renew by default.

  • Monthly plans renew every month on your billing date

  • Annual plans renew every 12 months on your billing date

To avoid future charges, you must cancel before your next billing date. You can manage your subscription and cancel inside your account or by contacting support.

Non‑Refundable Renewals:

  • Membership renewals are generally non‑refundable outside the 30‑Day Money‑Back period for new members and the specific 90‑Day $500 Results Guarantee described above.

  • If you allow a monthly or annual renewal to go through and then decide you no longer want the membership, we do not retroactively refund past renewal charges.

4. Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your account:

  • Your membership will be canceled

  • Your access to all membership content will be immediately removed, even if you have time remaining in your current billing cycle

  • Account deletion is irreversible and we cannot reinstate your subscription or restore your previous access

Refunds are only available:

  • Within the 30‑day guarantee period for new members, or

Deleting your account does not create any additional refund rights beyond those guarantees.

5. Non‑Use Of Membership (Important)

We design the Laser Profit Games, Roadmap, and community to be used. Your results depend on your participation.

We also understand that life happens – health issues, family situations, busy seasons, etc. – and sometimes people don’t use what they signed up for.

However, non‑use of your membership is not a basis for refunds or extensions.

Just like other subscription services (Spotify, Netflix, gym memberships, etc.), the responsibility to use what you are paying for is on you. If you choose not to log in, attend calls, or participate for any period of time, that does not change the billing schedule or create additional refund rights.

To be absolutely clear:

  • Outside of the 30‑Day “Love It Or Leave It” Guarantee for new members, and the 90‑Day $500 Results Guarantee (for eligible new members who follow all required steps),

  • We do not offer refunds, credits, or extensions for unused time, missed calls, or periods where you chose not to engage with the membership for any reason (including health, schedule, or personal circumstances).

We take on risk with our guarantees when members show up and do the work. We cannot be responsible for months where a member decides not to use what they have access to.

If you no longer wish to be billed, it is your responsibility to cancel your membership before your next renewal date.

  • Non‑use of your membership (not logging in, not attending calls, personal/health issues, etc.) does not create additional refund, credit, or extension rights. It is your responsibility to use what you are paying for and to cancel before your next billing date if you no longer wish to continue.

  • Deleting your account cancels your membership and removes access immediately, and is not reversible.
