1. What the Game Is

The Laser Profit Games are a recurring 30‑day business challenge for laser owners.

Already making sales? Put them to work! Enter your sales proof, climb the leaderboard, and win huge cash prizes in the Laser Profit Games.

Just starting out? We’ve got you. Your membership includes expert group coaching and a proven Profit Plan to help you scale your business and compete for the Grand Prize!

Goal:
Turn your laser from an expensive hobby into a business that pays!

• You can follow the 30‑Day Profit Plan (Create → Attract → Profit) included in your member portal if you need help growing your laser business

• You can run a 15‑minute daily buyer routine on Profit days

No matter where you are in your journey, the destination is the same - Winning the Games by:

• Submitting your Player Activation Form

• Submitting weekly sales check‑ins

• Competing on a live leaderboard for prizes

2. Game Cycles & Dates

• A new official Game cycle begins on the 1st of every calendar month.

• Players can start their personal 30‑Day Profit Plan at any time, but:

  • For monthly prizes and the leaderboard, we use calendar months.

  • All sales counted for a given month must occur between 12:00am local time on the 1st and 11:59pm local time on the last day of that month.

3. Who Can Play

You’re considered a Player for any month where:

1. You are an active Laser Profit Games member (paid or approved trial) for that month.

2. You submit at least three valid Weekly Sales Check‑Ins during that calendar month.

3. You are a paying member of our Laser Profit Pass Plans or any grandfathered plans that provide access to The Games
   *any Free Trials that we may give out from time to time must roll into a paid plan before being eligible for prizes

This gets you on the leaderboard and tracking your progress.

4. Which Sales Count

For leaderboard and prizes, “sales” means:

• NET sales (sales before taxes and shipping) from physical laser‑made products or services sold to real customers

• Across any platform (Etsy, website, invoices, in‑person, wholesale, etc.)

Sales do NOT include:

• Sales made before you joined Games

• Taxes collected, shipping charged, or tips

• Gift cards not yet redeemed

• Digital Files 

• Fake/reciprocal orders done just to pad stats (we reserve the right to disqualify obvious abuse and can request an audit at any time)

All sales must be backed by proof (screenshots, statements, etc.).

5. Weekly Sales Check‑Ins (Check‑In Tuesdays)

Check‑In Tuesdays

• Every Tuesday is Check‑In Tuesday.

• You submit your Weekly Sales Check‑In via the official form with:

  • Total net sales from the previous Tuesday-Monday

  • Number of orders

  • Screenshot or other proof if requested

• You must submit a check‑in even if sales are $0 to stay active in the Game.
  
  

Monthly prize eligibility

To be eligible for monthly prizes, you must:

• Submit at least 3 Tuesday check‑ins in that calendar month.

Hard rule:

• If you join mid‑month and there aren’t 3 Tuesdays left, you can still join and start playing,

• But you will not be eligible for prizes that month.

• Your first month of prize eligibility will be the first full calendar month where you complete 3 Tuesday check‑ins.

Missing check‑ins:

• You cannot win monthly prizes with fewer than 3 check‑ins in that month.

6. Leaderboard & Scoring

We track performance on three levels:

1. Monthly Leaderboard

2. 90‑Day Profit Challenge (Quarterly)

3. Yearly Leaderboard

6.1 Monthly Leaderboard

• We total your verified laser revenue for that calendar month (based on your submitted check‑ins).

• Players are ranked from highest to lowest revenue for that month.

• You appear on the monthly leaderboard if you have at least one valid check‑in that month.

• You are prize‑eligible for that month only if you have at least 3 Tuesday check‑ins in that month (see Check‑In Rules).

6.2 90‑Day Profit Challenge (Quarterly) – Updated Eligibility

The 90‑Day Profit Challenge runs on calendar quarters:

• Q1: Jan 1 – Mar 31

• Q2: Apr 1 – Jun 30

• Q3: Jul 1 – Sep 30

• Q4: Oct 1 – Dec 31

For each quarter:

• We total your verified laser revenue across the three months in that quarter.

• Players are ranked from highest to lowest 90‑day revenue.

Eligibility for 90‑Day Profit Challenge recognition or prizes:

To be eligible, you must:

1. Be an active, paid Games member on the last day of the quarter, and

2. Have at least 9 valid Tuesday check‑ins during that quarter.

Notes:

• 9 check‑ins ≈ 3 per month on average.

• If you join mid‑quarter, you can still qualify by hitting every Tuesday from your join date and reaching 9 check‑ins total.

• If you have fewer than 9 check‑ins, your revenue can still appear on the quarterly leaderboard, but you will not be eligible for 90‑Day Profit Challenge prizes.

6.3 Yearly Leaderboard

• We total each Player’s monthly revenue across the entire year.

• Only months with at least 3 valid check‑ins are counted.

• This leaderboard is one of the inputs we use to choose the Laser Profit Games Champion at year‑end.

6.4 Tie‑Breakers

For any leaderboard (monthly, quarterly 90‑Day Profit Challenge, or yearly), Players are always ranked first by total verified revenue for that period.

If there is a tie on revenue, we break ties in this order:

1. Biggest improvement from baseline

   • For each Player, we calculate their baseline revenue as their average monthly revenue over the previous 90 days of joining (or $0 if they have no prior data logged).

   • The Player with the largest absolute increase from their baseline to the current period wins the tie.

2. Most valid check‑ins in that period

   • The Player who submitted more Tuesday check‑ins for that month/quarter/year wins the tie.

3. Highest number of orders in that period

   • If still tied, the Player with more total orders (units sold) for that period wins the tie.

4. Integrity / participation discretion

   • If it’s still effectively tied, we reserve the right to decide based on proof, integrity, and overall participation in the Games.

7. Prizes

Monthly Prizes

• Cash prizes and/or trophies for the Top 3 Players on the monthly leaderboard
  (exact amounts announced in the community).

To receive a monthly prize, you must:

• Be an active, paid Games member on the last day of that month

• Have submitted the required number of check‑ins with honest numbers and proof if requested

• Respond to our prize notification within 7 days

Year‑End Championship

• At the end of the year, we crown the Laser Profit Games Champion based on the yearly leaderboard and overall participation. To receive the year-end prize, you must be an active member of Laser Design Club

• We reserve the right to ask for proof of net sales via a shared-screen video call to verify all sales recorded.

• The Champion will receive:

  • A custom crystal trophy and

  • Their choice of $7,000 in machine credit to Thunder Laser USA or $5,000 in cash

We reserve the right to award additional special prizes or recognition at our discretion.

You must be a paying member of our Laser Profit Pass Plans or any grandfathered plans that provide access to The Games

Prize Eligibility Limits:

• Trophies & Repeat Wins: Players are eligible to win cash prizes for multiple months and quarters. However, to keep your trophy shelf from getting cluttered, we award one (1) Monthly Trophy and one (1) Quarterly Trophy per person. If you win again, you get the cash and the glory, but the hardware stays with your first big win!

• Year-End Championship: All players remain eligible to compete for and win the annual Laser Profit Games Champion title and the Year-End Grand Prize, as long as players adhere to the game rules.

8. Integrity & Disqualification

We expect Players to:

• Report numbers honestly

• Only count qualifying laser‑related sales

• Provide proof when requested

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust or remove scores we believe are inaccurate or fraudulent

• Disqualify Players from prizes or from the Games and Membership  for dishonest reporting or behavior that clearly violates the spirit of the rules

9. Changes & Questions

As the Games grow, we may refine these rules over time. Any major changes will be:

• Posted in the Rules section of the member portal

• Announced in the community before they take effect
